River forms have been embraced into the design approach and are reflected in a curvaceous ‘free-flowing’ open plan office environment. The customary lineal walls are minimised. The weaving river is overlaid and transposed into the layout’s circulation link, creating a tangible journey within the plan form.

The gallery wall is aligned with the river and seamlessly interwoven within the office fabric to provide the primary link to the north and south office extremities; whilst the eddy-like forms of the reception and internal meeting spaces provide convergent focal spaces for public and staff gatherings alike.

Key floor, wall and ceiling design elements - intermingling with warm and cosseting materiality - assist in delineating circulation from work spaces; and public from private areas, to present a series of soft, user-friendly spaces fused together through the fluid lines of built form and detail.
